Additional Information: 2 Days ago i ordered a project from one of his devs, he said will start in a few hours and after 2 hour of payment (the dev put no work) i asked for refund because project was not needed. i told fleecya to refund me $450 and $50 tip for the dev and he refused. I want a full refund for the 2 days wasted by fleecya with my money on hold.

To resolve this, as it is time sensitive, i need the admin involved as soon as possible so i can either refund or continue the project as it was intended to do so.
The client paid at 04/19, $500, and then after around 2 hours requested a REFUND, with no actual reason behind it IMAGE HERE

^ also trying to steal developers from the workplace, probably his plan all along
Furthermore, my developers just agreed that he is texting them to get them from my coding services, he has an enteire team basically trying to put my brand into a bad state, whereas he can get clients + my developers, this is unacceptable, he is breaking all my TOS on my server and not respecting anyone or anything.
