Additional Information: I bought here a Bybit account fpr 100$, it "was" lvl 2 verifyed but once you try to purchase crypto you get asked to verify youre account! This is not a fully Verified account for me. After i asked this guy for the docs like selfi + ID he refused to send me it or dont have it... anyways the account is useless now since i have a "verified" account that isnt verified.

The costumer being told that he cannot buy crypto with different name bybit. And we told him the necessary information before he paid.

He paid for a normal bybit not costum name bybit that's why you can't buy crypto.

The guy keep messaging from other telegrams trying to buy again but once someone behave or lie about the product we give, or about what he purchase. He gets instantly banned from store and telegram.

Bro selling a verified account means you can do everything with it (also buying crypto) you sold me shit I don't care if there is a text with "verified" it brings me nothing to see a text that my account is verified but its obviously not. You told me you can't give me a account that match the name like my bitsa account since the drop isn't available anymore. I clearly said you can't buy crypto with bybit and you need matching name to do that.

+ the bybit not only for buying crypto, i can assume people doing whatever they want with account like, spot trading, futures, staking..and hundreds more..

+ also you can't buy bitsa or whatever card and come to me after month saying you want bybit to buy crypto. My answers was pretty much understandable that I can't make you same name as the bitsa you bought 1 month ago, instead you did choose the normal bybit even tho you have been warned that you can't buy crypto without bybit costum name.

Also the account is full verifed lv2, you can trade/exchange as any other normal bybit account

And I assume you already tried buying it using the bitsa card and that cause a trigger anti fraud system inside bybit.
