Hello, I have coded my own website on a tor .onion
This service will allow you to signup on my website and once you are signed up you can pay me from 40-100$USD/month per line to access:
# Infinite outgoing sms (sms content and limit set by carrier choice)
Send SMS to INFINITE numbers for example
I am using a REAL sim card for these SMS signed up with anonymous information and paid for in crypto but if I deem SMS to be too immoral for me to want to be assiociated I may deny service
As well the carrier may have outgoing sms limits I am not in control of, may have to purchase multiple lines if need truly high outgoing sms count

So they will be accepted on any service, Koodo & Telus come with free phone number changes, Koodo 3-5 and telus only one, bell 0 changes
These are REAL canadian carrier numbers: Bell, Koodo, Telus, Chatr(Rogers), Lucky and etc
