Additional Information: Failed to fulfill the order, even with only 1 out of 6 confirmations, claiming it needed to be 'confirmed' assuming he was referring to 6 out of 6. Even then, at 2 out of 6 confirmations, I kindly asked him to place the order since the store was closing within 30 minutes. I even sent him links and screenshots of the pending transaction. However, he ignored me for 20 minutes until I pinged him 3 more times. His reply was, 'You have $39 in food credits available for next time.' Next thing I knew, I was banned from using his bot and banned from his main Telegram server. I was simply trying to buy 20 Juice Generation drinks so I could give them out at a local spot. He escalated the situation even after I requested a refund, to which he replied, 'NO REFUND'.
