Additional Information: i paid 500€ for REVOLUT on custom name, he delivered within 4 hours,  the emulator bugged all the time, cant even show the cc details bcs of this error code "this action is forbidden", he said me to delete the instance and create a new one, after creating new instance the emulator logged me out and i cant login anymore without re-auth selfie, he said he trying to fix that but still waiting since 5 days and today i got a email from revolut that my account get deactivated and should withdraw my savings.. without login i cannot do this - balance over 1.5k€ - he means he only provide login warranty but thats not my problem because the emulator he provided is bugging or something

Also had a revo get deactivated. I can say from experience that you can / need to contact support and they will guide you through the process of withdrawing your balance to either bank or card.

Also had a revo get deactivated. I can say from experience that you can / need to contact support and they will guide you through the process of withdrawing your balance to either bank or card.

Bro are you dumb, no need to re auth its already been deactivated by revolut. You cant get it fixed its gone. So what you need to do is contact revolut support tell them your account is deactivated and need help withdrawing the remaining balance

he isn't trying to fix, he cant access the app itself. He just wants to login so he can withdraw the funds but the app is asking for selfie in order to login

Tried helping this guy with all i can but i guess i cant try helping anymore after this scam report.

I had his revolut account delivered on 14th of june and this guy contacts me on 22nd of june saying that the account i delivered is bugged and he cant do anything on it, TOS is clearly available on my thread saying im only responsible for you to login correctly and he had no complain after i delivered the account but contacted me 8 days later with the issue.
For account getting bugged might be partially his fault because he did not install on the latest version of bluestack 5.

I tried helping this guy in the past 2 days even though i have no responsibility but i couldnt and i doubt i would want to help him again considering he opened a scam report against me.

Whats the difference if i contact you in 2 days on 8? The emulator is buggy, everybody say that bluestacks is bugging so theres no probleme or mistake by my side.
I never used bluestacks before so i downloaded the newest version so dont try to search excuses - if you offered quality, you would offer replace without crying about that money
its just a scam, you offer low quality accounts - if they deactivate the account at beginning its my risk but i cant do anything with it because you deliver account with bugging emulator
