Let's get this fixed and closed real quick.

More than 70%+ of the job is finished. A refund is not possible and I haven't scammed anything.

I need for the client to answer a few questions for me to continue with the designs. With those questions I mean these:

Why do I need for him to answer this questions? Simple, I need to know how this user wants the design to continue with the process, because the information about what he wants it's not clear. This is how he stated "how to make the design":

Some information was clear, but as you can understand some information is not clear, that's why I got strugled while making the designs.

The deal is:
- Animated Logo + Announcement + 20X Animated Banners (Tele Markets) + 1X ERROR Page Animated Banner = $349.99

> Animated Logo + Announcement was completed, (main deal), 50% completed.
> 13/21 Animated Banners was completed, this makes a 30% more.

Therefore more than a 70%+ of the deal was compelted (exactly 80%).

The information was received incorrectly, please understand that I can't build a "house" if the plans of the "architect" are not clear (example).

The high quality of my services is something that I always try to achieve always. Giving designs to people is something I always try to do to get the most user experience and satisfy users on this lovely forum. As you can see in my reputation and vouches.

I'm just seeing here that I have completed a service as much as I am able to with the info I have. And this user wants to get a "refund", doesn't make sense I'm my point of view.

I'm waiting to receive the information needed to continue.

Oh common, i knew he will came up with some excuse.

The "70%" completed work was only "delivered" today, after i strictly told him if he cant complete 100% of the work, i will ask for refund, and he agreed.

Asking for more information about the designs?
Dude you are 4 days after the scheduled time only asking for more details about the work? where the question was before? on the actual deadline?

This is ridiculously out of the actual deadline, as we said to you we've already started working with another designer to get those animations completed, you have made too much damage to my time and my business, we scheduled everything, prepared so many stuff to be exact on the deadline and even after i gave you last chance to complete the work fully, you haven't done it.


Also that was not the deal, the deal for this transaction only was for the animation.
you can't include the other 150$ in the deal since we split the transactions, so technically you can't even say 70% was completed.

@Liars what's the final conclusion?

"Deal with caution" is scaring away my loyal customers.

I always accept a Trusted Middleman like @Liars the best staff for any deal I do. I keep getting "vouches", "reputation", doing exchanges and other services worth in thousands.

Bringing value to this great community is something I will do and will continue to do, showing the highest quality possible. I really enjoy providing and receiving value on an ongoing basis.

Any opinion would be appreciated to hear from the STAFF Team like @Liars.

I am not pretty sure what have happened because lazy to read and see photos,but @esiquiel is one of most trusted guys i have seen and also much professional in his work
As i said I dont know who fault is  but anyway he have experenice at that shit so i think everything will be solved

Thanks for your opinion, but yet i see it very irrelevant for this dispute, you can clearly see how @esiquiel was afraid of saying Yes or No answer when i asked him if it would be done in a certain time, and always changing the subject.
This delay have caused me some serious damages on many more services which i rented for the "New Logo Event", and because of the delay i lost money, this is seriously out of schedule, not just 1 - 2 days, almost a full week where i needed to search for him, while he was ghosting, lying, and simply ignoring my text messages.
