Additional Information: I paid him to make me animated signature banner and thread design and this was literally 1 month ago, he said he will delivery in 48-72 hours and was delaying till he got his photoshop problem and when it got fixed he said he will deliver me in 24h!
and after over than a week he sent me a static thread design !! and now he is ghosting me!

Only way to get a reply is to open a scam report.. not the first time we see that

I also had to wait 2 months, instead of the promised week delivery time. I find that very misleading and unprofessional.
