Yes, it is good, but on every website you should be careful because there are users that want to scam others... I mean you want to buy something and people with fresh new accounts are contacting you and trying to scam, stay safe.

I wouldn't run anything on your personal host machine. Even if it's posted by the most HQ user you never know. Run everything on a remote desktop or virtual machine to be sure.
