Additional Information: So i was trying to buy data of him and he sent me a few samples that i liked and we agreed on 400$, then i sent him my python tool that filters passwords by the requirements i need, he claimed he did that and said the entire base is 2.6m i said alright, i proceeded with paying him and he sent me the base once i opened the base i saw he didnt filter anything of it + it was not anything like the test he provided me, i told him that and now for 3 days straight he keeps saying that he is busy hell be home soon to refund me and just basically playing me around like an idiot, i do not want to deal with this guy anymore i want my money back.
