I stop smoking for 3 years now.
Smoker for 15 years. Like every smoker, i already have "the talk" about quitting pro/cons with family, friends, etc. One day i was so sick, that couldnt get out of bed. Lost in a deal €2k, and a dinner with some chick because i didnt show up. 41º of fever, all my body hurts. Next day i was better, first thing that came to my mind after getting up was smoke a cigarette. 1 pijama, 2 scarves, 1 winter jacket and i was outdoor smoking. That realize to me , how stupid i was, lost money, the girl, and still outside smoking. Stop right there, came inside and tryed to make an effort. Here am i 3 years. 1- Health. But it depend of what kind of life you take, sometimes tobacco is just an +1 factor, not the full problem of your health. 2 - Money. But you dont going to have more money, you will still spending in other sh*ht. 3 - Nicotine. Coffee, sugar, etc, etc. 4 - Bad breath and yellow teeth is more of what kind of hygiene you make, not all in tobacco. I didnt start eating better, always have. Gain 10kg in 3 months, not from eating more, but it feel like your body adjusting make you gain some weight. you'll keep it, if do nothing. For me, the most problem in that effort was the night outs. Alcohol screams for an cigarette. Hope it was helpfull.

I tried so much to smoke and was never able, but a couple of months ago i did get mega drunk and puked the hell out of my body, between one puke and the other i smoked a cigarette. Well long story short now i associate the cigarettes to that nasty feeling and i was able to stop smoking
