no, most websites make codes and store them in a db. when redeemed they see if the code you entered is in there, if so, you can redeem whatever. there are no working code generator programs.

It depends on how the company implements it. Some implement 3-5 digit coupons with no rate limiting which is fairly easy to guess. Most big companies don't actually generate the tokens/coupons until the user does a certain action. For example the chances you will guess a discord token / gift / anything is so fucking low that you might as well pay for that instead of the server running your generator because it will be cheaper.
