How to open Githubs

theres so much shit im intrested in on this forum and all downloads are github source and py and i haven't figured out how to compile it to exe? can somebody try explain to me or link me a video? thanks

open a terminal in the same window as the .py file and just type: python NAME_OF_YOUR_FILE.py
