@Longines after proof of video. The seller shows that no money was received in the account on video. Provide proof that the money was sent to the email shared by the user, do so within 24h. If not, I'll consider this case closed as there's no other evidence supporting this claim.

There are two possible scenarios, either the seller changed the email, causing the funds to go to an alt account, or the buyer sent the payment to the wrong email/another alt account.
The receipt does not show the recipient email, so the buyer cannot verify where the funds were sent, and the seller demonstrates via video that the payment did not reach their account. This dispute is inconclusive due to lack of proof and details. Solved. Closed. |
