Already contacted PayPal got majority of it solved but thought i'd show admins a user who's scamming heavy : http://prntscr.com/ox167b

Hes going around asking for exchanges on a VPN once u send btc next day he reports as unauthorized.
everyone knows this shit never work anymore and is a waste of time so if u thinking of doing it dont lol its dead.

He's in a bunch of common servers on here not only that but hes got plenty of Trusted members i know from here added.
he simply wanted transacations and had been hitting me up for a full week asking so i assumed he was legit and just truly needed it.

i did one transaction with him went through then he asked for another so i got sketched refunded the 2nd payment he sent.

Then woke up to chargebacks of $-550 i had contacted PayPal and got majority of it already solved now
