I would like to suggest that there will be usergroup for bug hunters and pleb hunters
For bug hunters, you can put members that report the bugs and exploits here that are forum-breaking. 
For pleb-hunters, you can put members that have the highest reported posts so that other plebs would be scared to leech. This will result to quality members rather than quantity. In addition, if you're worrying that plebs would just spam threading, then this would be under the section moderator's hands.

Everyone is allowed to make a thread to report a bug without abusing it. You dont need a rank for this and there will be no rank.
Same thing for reporrting leechers. BTW, you dont have to report leechers since they will be auto banned.

if u look my stats i do reporting not for awards or anything..... if u can contribute in forum by any means u should do...

i dont think award or rank will be there for such thing
