why am i not upgraded?

I purchased supreme upgrade in the early days of this forum now, after 4 years, I login and I'm a casual member, what happened?
I thought its a lifetime upgrade wasn't it?

you already have it go to Setting > Usergroup > supreme (Set as Display group)
