Do you live in a English speaking country? If yes, try to talk to as many people as you can. Does not matter if the conversation is lame or boring, proceed to the next one. It is extremely hard at the beginning but it is the quickest way for you to get better. Source: I didn't speak English 6 years ago and now I can speak fluently and am comfortable holding a conversation with a stranger I have never met before.

If you don't live in an English speaking country, try to reach out to groups and forums online where people get together and have casual conversation in English.

watch movies with subtitles . if your english is good enough, put english subtitles. Read articles and translate. Keep listening some podcast once you will get better. On your way home or just everywhere you can. Im doing it and im becoming v good

Listen to English music and watch videos. Also, if you play online games on console or PC you can learn that way

If you dont want real life friends you can spend some money on games (on platforms like steam or maybe uplay) get online games and just try to make in game friends you probably get bullied but there are some golds who will be friends with u and maybe even help u
Also there are shit ton of games that are free and online (VRChat is my favourite if u ask me no skills needed vr set is also optional and its basically a game based on chatting)
