i want to know is there new rule about vouch?cuz most my customers haven't "add vouch" button when they want add me a vouch
guess should be ranked guy to can add vouch?

@J_S i know some guy that can't give vouch even if he is supreme, there is some bug, that user is @KnucklZ
He bought something from me and he pictured me his page, there is no button for adding vouch even if my thread is in marketplace.

He is still getting this message even if he is upgraded to supreme, i think there is a bug with posts requirement. Probably it should be removed for upgraded users
