Do i just have very lazy and unmotivated friends or is it just so hard to get someone to commit to a project of yours, over the years ive met maybe thousands of people online and pretty much all of them just simply dont care if i want to work with them, they say they do but then end up putting in 30% of effort no matter how much i hype them up or try to motivate them, even simple  tasks seem to be too much for most people even when the insentive is a lot of money, I only met 3 people who actually get shit done when we work together, just wanted to know if anyone else has expirienced the same, thanks!

yeah fair enough but, they always seem motivated and into it but just dont wanna put in the work, every time i ask them they say "yeah im down bro!" but when it comes down to doing stuff they just are extremely slow and unmotivated to do so, i feel like they are just scared to say no eventho i give them that option

yeah i feel that, I feel like i have been though, usually its people who i hang out with and known for years and usually they go to me to advice but when i start to ask stuff from them its minimal
