After he couldn't find a thing to neg rep for he went with "RACIST GUY" ok
the defenition of racism is " prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized. "

If the user shows proof that i was racist to him then the reputation can stay on my profile 

If not please give a warning point to the user for giving invalid/unfair reputation and another warning point for reposting others content
