if anyone has seen this error it comes from when you're trying to get back into a lost or stolen account

im wondering if anyone knows why im geting this error while trying to put in original email to get back access to hacked account.

the person who hacked it put an email phone number and auth on it

please lmk what i can do to get my account back

if the person who hacked you has changed its credentials there is no way of getting it back, unless you report it to instagram support, if you had pictures of your face there is a 70% chance you can get it back, if not they can just close it
