The OP's provided evidence is depicting  65.00 USD fiat currency.
The issued refund is not the total amount, nor is it the same currency.
Payment had been received through a non-volatile currency.

Product price is $60, there was a $5 fee for cash app payment, I won’t cover that. All refunds are done via Bitcoin as it’s the only currency I hold.

I requested $70 due to the $5 fee which I will pay to exchange. I specifically stated that if you won’t send me the full amount to not send any amount at all.
