Markoo is not a official owner thus the ownership of HeavenCloud should be given back to Meep.

It is meep who founded Heaven Cloud yes, but he promoted Markoo to co-owner, thus splitting the service with him. And Markoo did not steal his service in any ways, only the telegram server.
