Yeah, I apologize, I have not added the TOS in the service description on-site and only have it available on discord, where most of my orders are at.
Sadly, twitch does block/not payout fresh/unactive accounts at this point, therefore the TOS says I am only responsible for the delivery of service. That being said I will issue a refund to the buyer who did not, due to my fault have the ability to read my TOS.
The purchased amount was 35.5$, not 43.5, though. The refund will be sent within an hour once I am home. Ty
