Additional Information: saw this thread almost a month ago where the dude needed a pp holder for a (totaly legit job), even though i was warned by friends not to get involved with the holding business i was tight on cash so i played along, this dude basically said he runs an unlock service, (https://imgur.com/a/aP9ayR8) for more info, after a while i started receiving money from people he allegedly serviced, so eveything seemed legit and people were satisfied, he was even selling to some repais shops and all so everything looked legit, until recently people started opening disputes and asking for refunds since the service wasnt working and they were asked to wait 10 days for it to activate, but i guess he needed enough time to scam them, long story short people are refunding an since i dont have a penny to my name my paypal is in dept of 150 usd as of right now but i immagine more people will ask for refunds.
