Additional Information: I purchased his VCC ($25 package) and I paid $31.62 total amount of LTC to him. Before buying his vcc , I asked him to confirm if his VCC was going to work on bolt platform and he said it's powered by stripe so it would work. Upon receiving the VCC, I tried it on lovable (which is identical to bolt) and it didn't work, it says "the card is declined" , I asked for his replacement right away because I won't use the vcc outside of what it is intended for, but he doesn't respond, and it's been 2 days now. He has this rule that the card should be used within 24 hours because the card can't be used when it expires (after 24 hours) . But I can't get any response from him to even solve the problem within 24 hours as you can see in the screenshots of the conversation. I'm still awaiting his response, yet he's only bumping his thread without responding to me. Message to iNegan :No personal hate, just help me to resolve this matter, otherwise just simply refund and we can both move on
UPDATE: He replied on TG just today (probably because he saw this dispute) with the most absurd rules and policies. He offered me that he could try paying the invoice on my behalf using his personal card (not sure if this was a real intention or just a facade to cover up and make it look that he's trying to help) . I simply asked for a refund and was ready to incur loss on my end even though I paid LTC (which has the lowest fees) via blockbee.io (the crypto payment gateway he's using on his sales platform) . I calculated the fees that is on "fees" page of blockbee and I estimated it to be 1% deposit fee and 0.5% payout fee which is total of 1.5% but I even made it 5% for the sake , and I even included LTC fee of 1% (even though I paid for the blockchain fees as well when I transferred the payment) , which I told him that I can take 6% loss on my end for the refund, but no, he threw me with paypal gift and anything I don't know about what's happening on his end (which is not my fault at all) and told me that the fees will be $15 (lmao) , that's like he's paying $15 to sell $25 vcc (which is really a red flag and obviously a lie) . After thinking about it for several minutes, I accept the offer that he pays the invoice on my behalf instead of asking for refund and just provide me a $5 VCC (the remaining amount after paying for $20 invoice for me) , but he said no because apparently he's using his personal credit card to pay (which is another red flag because nobody uses personal card to pay for someone else, this gives me the idea that he's just blabbering things to make it look like he's helping). He keeps on telling me no for something I ask which I already paid for (the $25 vcc). So in the end he doesn't want to refund, and he does not want to provide me the remaining balance of $5 because he's using his personal card (lol). I paid $31.62 and there is already $6 fees on top of blockchain fees and now he wants me to incur another $5 loss so that everything goes his way. Additionally , he has concluded that he will just let the support do the work and he's so confident that he''s gonna win the dispute just because he has this policy "the vcc will work on 99% of the websites, ,but if it doesn't work, just use it somewhere else" which I painfully had to ask him clearly about the website which I got a firm "YES" before buying the VCC. I can't use the VCC somewhere outside of my intended purpose so that policy is absurd already, what makes it even worse is he even wants me to pay fees for the refund and all the complex exchange fees on his end I know nothing about.
ANOTHER UPDATE: he said "Its not my fees if you asking for refund you not eligible cause you refuse to follow how it works" like he doesn't profit off of selling VCC. He even told me that I didn't that it's not his fault if the bin is getting rejected by the platform i'm trying to use the vcc on. He told me that he in fact put had have this policy "sales are final and no refund" but in fact he also mentioned this on his sales thread https://imgur.com/a/JrlrOYV (if you not sure about the website you going to use card on please contact us first) which in fact I did and asked about it repeatedly before proceeding to buy. Like I said, I'm aware that is no refund and sales are final too (not that I neglected it) but the fact that he wont deliver what I paid for and I dont even ask to increase the balance or what. Something must be studied about this behavior
