Additional Information: The RDP was working perfectly previously although it just stopped working and my issue wasn't resolved. To be clear I don't have anything personally against asakoji or his service, I would just like my item to be fixed or for my money to be refunded. I'm sure this is an honest error although I wish they would have better support and reliability for their RDP service.
