Additional Information: Purchased a config in i believe some time around May-June, seller claims he didnt offer warranty for longer than a month but cannot prove so and the only proof is in our c.io messages which states no timeframe. Now he wont send me the updated config, despite having it. So i'm asking for a admin to step in
