I was in need of a PayPal holder (15% cut for him on every transaction). Everything went great, until the "sending my cut" part. He was really unresponsive the whole time, I had to message him to remind him that he still owes me money. He promised that he'll send the money before Tuesday, but never heard anything from him.

Am sorry it had to come to this but am having some problems with PayPal, they blocked me from sending money to anyone. So I can’t sent nor withdraw. The best I can do sent the remaining within 3 days.
