Additional Information: i bought static residential proxy to check some emails but it skips every hit. i haven't use the proxy more then 30 minutes cuz there was no point. i asked him if he can refund me because i paid for nothing and he said he can't. now he's ignoring me when his status is online

I handled your support case on telegram. I have already told you that static residential proxies shouldn't be used for “checking” purposes as it is a single IP that doesn't rotate, hence STATIC residential proxy. The use case for static residential proxies are mostly used for browsing-activities.

For your purpose, rotating residential proxies are the better option.

I referred you to the ToS and policy already, we do not provide refunds for this as the delivered product worked (and still does!)

@yfm The proxies that you've bought clearly doesn't match your intention. Also your use case seem to be against their TOS. You can also use the proxy you've bought for another cause. Hence there's no need for a refund in this case. Closed.
