Why are you running from the fact why we are here its not your ToS but service you have provided to me or also in ToS its said that its normal to wait 72-100h to you come to online and tell me that wait for your replacement for another 24h? That's the thing why I'm asking refund as I'm not getting service I paid for.

All the tos have numbers you can translate and read easily + what problems do u have with me? I didn't do anything wrong to u just being late in reply

just late in reply by providing monthly fee of service, not normal. Provided product is not viable if you answer each 72hours, there is no replacement in real time and I lose to much time and money not working while you doing your real life things, what's not understandable here? You can't provide anything in time that's why I need refund there is no support for your services provided.

dude as of now 4 days ago 3/4 replacements were banned. Just stop and wait for admin reply, no need to make this worse then it is, all the proof was provided.
