The account was made by me so i am pretty sure i know what job have i done. The acc was working just fine. I check every function before sending the logins to customer.

yeah, myles had issues too. Doesnt happen to many people compared to count of sales. His issue was adding card if i remember correctly. We offered the same exchange for kraken acc as we did to you. He was cool about it and didnt took things so far. I believe that he even admitted that it was his fault.
