look this might seem wierd or smth but like make her feel of some old stuff like dance or draw with her or make her fav dessert with her. Or go to a park and let her tell everything she is crying about. and for your studies i also have exams this friday. so just put on your fav song on blast, have your table clear try to leave your laptop away use it only for music. and for your table just have some pens a blank paper and your book that you are studying with.

thanks for ur suggestion, but i'd rather hang myself than try any type of ''drugs'' again in this life. had a huge downhill because of different substances.
