Additional Information: My RDP suddenly lost internet access,  "No internet There is something wrong with the proxy server, or the address is incorrect." I didn't touch anything and this error came out of nowhere, so it's probably something on their end. I contacted support, and their only reply was "Did u use vpn ?" I explained my situation, but after a while of not receiving any reply then i proceeded to reinstall the OS for my RDP even though i would loose all my data, and then I'm supposed to receive a new password via email automatically, which did not happen (also didn't happen last time I reinstalled but atleast they replied with the new password after a while) so basically I now have zero access to my RDP and support read my messages but don't answer, terrible service.
