is it allowed to advertise/link discord server´s in signature? I remember I got warned for it months ago, but I see other members & @Red have it.

Depends on what kind of server it is. Is it related to any product/service you are selling? If that's the case, yes it is allowed.
It's not allowed to put a random discord server in your signature.
