proxy issues or checkers

hi guys  how you all doing lately i download over 30k proxy most said to be frash and good and so on in reality out of this 30k maybe 100-200 worked now my big question here 
is it the proxy's are bad  and dead or my checkers are not so good 
my main checkers are openbullet both the 1.22 1.44 
and sometimes i use sqli dumper 10.3 as well after i used the other 2 
so the main problem are the proxy or my checkers suck ? 

and where can i get good and fresh proxy list even and i mean fresh even if it cost few bucks

i managed to find a temporary   solution and managed to do some nasty things now i try to learn  how to use the info i managed to  grab but i guess its better to get the information i want in the dark net 
i will do quick check look around the forum here first to see if people post about this stuff maybe will get my answers here sadly on the proxy matter no one managed to give any good idea or advice only checkers thanks for the once who tried to help anyway
