profile page thread links pages didnt work

this is from my profile page / click on my threads

but when i click that it sends me to -> https://cracked.sh/Thread-%E2%AD%90Edifi...UI&page=13

that page will show the thread does not exist, but it will work with the symbol ? instead of &

working = https://cracked.sh/Thread-%E2%AD%90Edifi...UI?page=13
