i am sorry but it is almost 5-6 hours since i paid. i thought the payment is usually auto verified . I even messaged FloraIN but no reply yet.. i am worried

Have you searched the TXID on Blockchain?

Before sending out Bitcoin payment, did you make sure to copy the full “Order ID” into the Bitcoin Note section? Just in case. That’s how I did it.
When I purchased Supreme, the 60mins awaiting payment window timer comes up, I couldn’t use the button there (was not working), so I just copy the exact Bitcoins needed, BTC address and Order ID. Then went to my own Bitcoin wallet, put all info and sent it.
After 20mins or so, awaiting payment window was completed and the order confirmation came through.
Although I did contact an admin and posted forum during that 20mins time because I thought it was taking long too.
