what actually happens once the seller contacts the courier about an alleged package that hasn't arrived?
Is the person who delivered the package notified? Is the address reported by the courier as an alert?

yeah they prob will ask the driver if they deliverd it, ig it doesnt matter too much so dont worry about it

I think it's difficult for the runner to remember and know which package he hasn't delivered. The problem will be when the courier receives more than one non-delivery report on that same address.
