need medication without receipt

preferably for anxiety/paranoia/ocd/suicidal thoughts/excessive shaking and panic attacks on daily basis.

i don't want xannax anymore, i just want something healthier, like i don't know....
i saw someone said melanonin pills 2mg-5mg 1hours before bed, i'm going to try that out
but does someone have any recommendations for something else? 

someone recommended Valerian tea. i'm going to try it out too

like some sleeping pills, that you can buy from the pharmacy?
what about nose sprays? anyone knows some nose sprays with some anesthetic substances?

Bro just visit a psychologist and tell him all your thoughts
it will really help you 
and he can recommend some medication and he will tell you what to do
better then taking suggestions from internet

Pills without need of receipt are usually healthy, but on the other hand useless, not working (and often overpriced) trash. I went to one psychiatrist myself 10 months back and I can tell you, I couldnt imagine how could I even go shopping without 'em. Now, after 10 months with 100mg of the shit, everything is fine for me.

i think id rather try a psychiatrist because at the psycholog i went when i was around 15 and when i told him that i cant sleep and i feel like killing myself because people dont care about me and dont realize how i have to deal with everyday life i mean how hard that is for me,
they legit looked into my eyes and started laughing, and instantly i was like ok let me give them another chance and my palms started sweating and ever since then (i eventually stod up and left) ever since then i refused to ever go out and search for help so i kept everything in myself and now it's killing me because i keep thinking about like legit taking people's lives once my parents pass away and i know this is something really tragic and serious but i really must search for help like legit.
i have called some psychiatrists and im waiting. ok that might've been 2 extreme but yeah, luckily i can still take care of my actions because im always sober.
