my premium+ auth not working

hi i tried my auth and tried getting a new key for a tool but its not working when i put it in the tool please help!!
This error is what i get:

or maybe auth function in checker u want to run is not working
to make sure try ur auth key on other tools.

You're probably using your key to a tool that's only for infinity+ or supreme+.
