Amount or Item(s) Scammed: tried to scam out of a d3ll monitor, but thankfully the representative will contact FedEx and an FBI team will drop by later

Additional Information: acted to be @ChaseNamic, though i was too retarded to check with him, kept delaying payment because he know I wouldn't know how to cancel if it was this far into shipping, oh well.
