why we don't fall asleep instantly?

is it because the sleeping server is full? so we are in queue to sleep? that's why we have to simulate sleeping until when someone wakes up, so that's when we fall asleep?

Lemme explain. U are probably on ur phone while lying down right? Your brain things that your bed is a comfort zone to be chilling (so be awake). Because of that it will take longer for your brain to understand that you want to sleep and not chill. What is the solution? Don't use your phone on your bed
