You can just set up different Firefox profiles; type about:profiles into your address bar
There aren't really that many browsers out there that aren't a Chromium or Firefox fork, and they probably won't meet your expectations

As for Firefox forks, there's Waterfox, Librewolf, the recently released Mullvad browser and maybe Pale Moon.
