the previous owner of this gaming pc had gamban downloaded. it sucks cause even some non gambling sites i cant get onto. ive deleted it from programs i then went on to registry editor and found it there deleted as much as i can by searching 'gamban' and yet it still active and blocking websites. the only thing i can think of is factory resetting my pc and like i want to do that!! any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

uuuuhm so i think there could be two ways.
1. i think pcs have an option themselfes that blocks certain websites, you should google for that cuz perhaps there are all the blocked websites.
2. youre browser has blocked them.
