tested myself eariler today and found that i tested positive, last night i could barely sleep; my whole body was warm, my back was aching, my legs were aching, i cant even go down the stairs like i miss a step. anyway any tips that can help? i was told to bathe in lemon juice and gargle warm water with salt.
