I allow writing “Hello everyone”
But if anyone has, or wants to share, a working method of using proxies for checking via IMAP/POP3?
Specifically, the very concept of using proxies in my C#.
I’ve tried several methods and libraries, but maybe MailKit is just bad, or I’m too dumb:3

mailkit doesn't have direct proxy support but it does let u configure custom socket connections (which u can use with a proxy). so if u wanna use mailkit u just need a library that provides proxy functionality. u can use ssh.net for socks5 proxies or system.net.sockets library if u wanna use http proxies.
