Bought a Wise EU account.
Got the account infos. Tried to loggin to the account and sms verification popped. I went on the sms app as indicated. Verification SMS never arrived.
After battleing for a few days, he changed the phone number on the Wise account and sent me the updated infos.
I succesfully logged in the account.
Until here, things are "OK".
Important note for later : he indicated on his product description that the proxy used to make the account would be delivered with the Wise account with a 1 month subscribtion and sent me a proxy with a 24 hours subscribtion with no indication on how to extend it (he didnt give me the website where he bought the proxy from). He also mentions that cookies come with the account : he didn't provide them either.
Now starts the issue i'm facing.
As you may know, in order to get an IBAN on wise, you first need to deposit 20€.
So I do like I do everytime, I go on noones (new name of Paxful), start a trade with one guy, he sends me the money : Money is put on hold for 24 hours by Wise.
At this time I tought : Maybe the problem comes from him. I know start a trade with a second guy on Noones : Money is put on hold for 24 hours by Wise.
I'm telling Fivio"s support that wise put my money on hold 2 times, he replied "This is just Wise checking one last time that your account is legit."
I wait 24 hours, see no money has been received on my Wise and come back to both my noones trade and ask them what's the current status of the transfer. They both say that Wise canceled both transfers (I can provides those screenshots too, I provided them to Fivio's support).
SO: I need to deposit 20€ to get my IBAN on the Wise account : I cant because no one can send me money because the transfer gets canceled after the 24hours pending time.
I can't load the Wise account by IBAN because I don't have an IBAN. What can I use this account for? Nothing.
When I told this to Fivio, he answered : "You received a working account, we can’t and aren’t responsible for where the money comes from and if payments are temporarily placed on hold"
Now the aim of this deal dispute is to establish if Fivio is responsible of this or not.
To conclude, allow me to explain why do I think he is responsible of the issue i'm facing.
The app he used to rent a phone number to make the account didn't work and the verification sms never arrived = Wise account phone number got changed 1or2 days after the account was created.
He sent a 24 hours proxy and started fixing the sms problem after 2 days (in the meantime, I had bought myself one proxy to login to the account because the one he sent me was dead already : Account was logged on 2 diff IP already.
Now, to change the phone number on the wise account, he used an other proxy to login to the wise account : Account was logged on 3 diff IP already.
Due to Fivio's mistakes, my wise account had to be logged in on 3 different IP address within 3-4 days and had to get its phone number changed not even 48 hours after its creation. For me, this is all this that made the account unusable (as you can see in the first screenshot, I already told Fivio's support about my fears about the account "dying" BEFORE the transfer got canceled.
