Additional Information: Its not clearly a scam since i receaved a combo. But advertising with HQ.. after i payd and he send me he tould me this: https://i.imgur.com/Zihoy2v.png after i sayd they are not Targeted or even close to HQ. 

I also asked for a refund or the Discord roll to leave a feedback then he sayd this: https://i.imgur.com/YSqodGO.png for me those are permanet excuses

@boZZi You have to refund him in full. You offer targetted combos and yet, after knowing his requested target, you sent him a combolist that had no such target and results speak for themselves. You are liable if your customer contacts you with a specific request, and you agree. If you offer targetted combos you are guaranteeing the results with that target will at least be above average. Refund him within 24 hours.
