I made a ticket to expand my developer team. As there are good developers in your server I thought why not ask them?

I know they work for you, so I asked him if there's an agreement/contract that he can only work for you.

He replied no. Later he told me that you won't care.

I don't steal any of your clients? I also don't steal your colleagues? He still will work for you, no?

Hello there, you cannot open a ticket in someones service trying to hire there devs for your own service. I mean I don't think I have to explain as to why it's not okay because it's just common sense. You opened a ticket in our service section keyword SERVICE and waisted everyones time. Imagine you run a service and someone opens a ticket waists your time and try's take your workers you wouldn't be okay with it. And yes they are free men but why would you open a ticket in someones service to try and hire there devs... it makes no sense im sure if they were looking for work they would contact you or make a post on a forum, if you need people or developers for your service...there are forums on here for people looking for work maybe you should check it out  .
